Large Danish company with global presence aimed to shift from own-store expansion to a new, franchise network to mitigate risk of entry to Middle East and Africa, test concept for further use

SOLUTION

We designed and franchise operation plan, built entry roadmap, conducted partner evaluations and provided personnel, legal and logistical support in negotiations and offer assessment

OUTCOME

Client began operation in two countries, which later turned into hubs for future growth. Franchise concept proved successful and is growing from less than 3% of the store portfolio to double digit numbers
